I didn't come to this work looking for it.

I grew up in a fundamentalist religious home where the rules were rigid and the goalposts kept moving. I spent years trying to be the version of myself that would finally be enough. Good enough, quiet enough, small enough. It took a long time to realize the boxes I was trying to fit weren't actually mine.

In 2021 something cracked open. Not slowly. Suddenly. I remember the world looking genuinely brighter, like a filter had been lifted that I didn't know was there. The person I had been up to that point didn't survive it. That sounds dramatic until it happens to you, and then it just feels true.

​

I'm also logical. I did not grow up with language for any of this, and when my own abilities started surfacing I had every skeptical thought you might be having right now. I know what it's like to wonder if you're making it up. I know what it's like to feel something real and then immediately talk yourself out of it. And I know what it's like to finally stop doing that.

​

That's a big part of what happens in this work. Not just clarity about who you are, but permission to actually claim it. To stop downplaying what you sense, what you know, what you're capable of. Especially if you were taught, in any way, that taking up space like that wasn't allowed.

I'm certified in Human Design, Galactic Astrology, and Gene Keys. Those foundations inform how I read energy and chart work. But what moves most freely through me now is direct channeling, and that's where this practice lives.
